App guide

Patch a room
with intention.

The Android app uses a tactile signal rack. Every socket is a fixed, plain-language choice; nothing becomes a public post or a score.

Eight places to explore

Patchbay

Connect Purpose, Room Tone, Participation, Care, and Close. Tap a socket to change a channel.

Bench Test

Six short checks for authority, invitation edges, comfort routes, food consent, a stop signal, and the finish.

Signal Library

Twenty fictional scenarios. Each offers a lighter, clearer, and well-closed next move.

Host Handoff

Generic role prompts for welcome, room scan, access check, timekeeping, refreshments, and close-out.

Room Equalizer

Three reflective sliders for energy, social density, and sensory load. They are not measurements.

Quiet Socket

Pause, ask privately, lower the room, end early, return later, or clear the patch.

Source Rack

Read which statements come from official records, the constitution, or app-created educational design.

Privacy

Review all 18 sections in the app. The public copy is kept aligned with the Android policy.

How local state works

The app begins as a session. Only when a person deliberately chooses Keep this patch on this device are the five fixed labels kept in app-private preferences. There is a clear action in Quiet Socket, and uninstalling the app removes its private data under Android’s normal behaviour.
