Signalhouse Social is designed to work without an account or network connection. This policy describes what the Android build and this support site do.

01

Controller and scope

Signalhouse Social is an independent offline companion prepared for Dalton Street Social Club Incorporated. This policy describes the Android build and its public support site.

02

What the app does

The app provides fixed planning prompts for adult social gatherings: purpose, room tone, participation, care, and a respectful close. It does not operate membership, payroll, bookings or communications.

03

Data summary

The app can hold five selected fixed labels and an optional three-choice reflection. It does not request a name, email, phone number, contact list, location, camera, microphone, health data or employment data.

04

Purpose of local state

Local selections exist only to let a person revisit a patch they deliberately kept on the same device. They are not a record of attendance, membership, behaviour or performance.

05

No account

There is no sign-in, profile, social graph, member directory, public post, chat, follower system or cloud account.

06

Permissions

The release requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, notification, storage or other dangerous permission.

07

Local storage

If the user chooses Keep this patch on this device, the fixed choices are stored in app-private preferences. No other app can normally read that private storage.

08

Deletion and reset

The user can clear the kept patch from Quiet Socket or Settings inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes its app-private data according to Android’s normal uninstall behaviour.

09

External actions

This build does not send email or open a live support channel. Any future external contact action will be optional and disclosed before it leaves the device.

10

No sale or advertising

There are no ads, ad identifiers, analytics, tracking pixels, sale of data, targeted content, or data-sharing SDKs.

11

Security

The app uses Android’s app-private storage and standard platform sandbox. No security method is perfect; do not store confidential employment or membership information here.

12

Children and audience

The app is written for adult members and authorised hosts based on the constitution’s membership boundary. It is not designed to collect information from children.

13

Welfare and medical limits

Prompts are general social-planning education. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, emergency, accessibility-certification or crisis advice.

14

Third-party services

The app uses ordinary Android platform libraries only. No third-party service receives the local selections.

15

International use

The app may be installed outside New Zealand. Local privacy rights can vary by location; the app does not attempt to infer a person’s location.

16

Your choices

A person may decline every prompt, reset the patch, avoid saving, or uninstall the app. No choice is scored or used to restrict access.

17

Changes

The policy may change when the app’s data behaviour or publisher contact route changes. The effective date shown in the public copy will be updated with a meaningful revision.

18

Contact

Privacy correspondence may be sent by post to Dalton Street Social Club Incorporated, 159 Dalton Street, Napier South, Napier 4110, New Zealand. Do not include confidential membership, employment, payroll, medical, or emergency information.
